Are the flights displayed on the screen available?
All flights displayed on the screen are available according to the online contact with the booking system of the airline company. In exceptional cases, it is possible that Sirius has to revoke the confirmation of a booking This is due to the fact that all airline companies do not make a complete update at all times.

How do I find fast a direct flight without stopover?
In the overview of the flights available, you’ll find in the right-hand corner three links through which you can sort flights according to price, number of stopovers (direct flight or not), as well as total flight duration. By defaults they are sorted according to the price. The cheapest possibility appears in first place.

Can I pay for someone else’s booking?
Is the traveller is not the paying person, the owner of the credit card must send a recto/verso copy of the credit card in question, as well as of the identity card or passport by return mail within 12 hours.
If this procedure is not followed, the purchase can not be completed.

What is an E-ticket?
An E-ticket is an electronic ticket, which means that you no longer receive it in the form of a piece of paper. You receive an e-mail confirmation of your booking containing a booking number and your flight itinerary. You print it out and take it with you to the check-in at the airport. Hand it together with your identity card and your luggage. You’ll then receive your boarding pass to be able to board on the plane. Paper tickets are very expensive because they must be printed and sent; therefore 80% of all airlines have switched to E-tickets. Even when you loose your booking number, it’s possible to trace it with your identity card.

Are there any more extra costs?
